| Description |
We attended the penultimate game of the 2009 baseball season at Citi Field. Late in the game, my husband caught a foul ball. Actually, he probably interfered with the ball in play (sorry Hunter Pence), but by the bottom of the 8th of a meaningless game that had already endured a lengthy rain delay, the umpires just didn't care. My husband gave me the ball, and to this day it sits by my computer at home. I decided to use it as my photo du jour subject today. |
