Deutsch: 10.09.1986 DDR 2510 [18055] Rostock: Ersatzneubaugebiet "Nördliche Altstadt", Auf der Huder (GMP: 54.090731,12.133585). Um 1986 errichtete Ersatzneubauten in Plattenbauweise

WBS 70 vom VEB Wohnungsbaukombinat Rostock, gestaffelt bis maximal 6 Geschosse. Fassaden mit Klinkerplatten belegt an Anlehnung an die historischen Backsteinbauten. Angedeutete Steildächer.
