Description Hull Technician 2nd class Spencer Stafford, member of Task Group (TG) 68.6, stands static security watch on the Henry J. Kaiser-class underway replenishment oiler USNS Pecos (T-AO 197) in the Port of Djibouti, May 4, 2018. TG 68.6 is forward-deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations and conducts joint and naval operations, often in concert with allied and interagency partners, in order to advance U.S. national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa.
