فارسی: شله زرد یکی از غذاهای سنتی و قدیمی ایرانی است که به عنوان دسر هم شناخته می شود، البته امروزه بیشتر به عنوان پیش غذا تهیه می شود. نکته جالب در مورد شله زرد این است که مانند غذاهایی مثل قیمه و عدس پلو به عنوان یک غذای مناسبتی شناخته می شود و به همین دلیل معمولا در مناسبت های خاص مذهبی برای پخش کردن به صورت نذری به مقدار زیاد طبخ می شود.
