- Rollback would be useful in reverting vandalism. Thank you, MorganKevinJ(talk) 16:19, 11 January 2011 (UTC)
- not now. I can't see the required activity and experience for now. Please try again in a month or so. abf «Cabale!» 16:32, 11 January 2011 (UTC)

- Autoreviewer, Reviewer and Rollbacker on English Wikipedia and Sysop in Malayalam Wikipedia. Autopatrolled, Filemover and OTRS-member here (verify) with over 8800 contributions. Rollbacker rights will help me combat vandalism more efficiently. Thank you. Sreejith K (talk) 11:39, 27 January 2011 (UTC)
- Although I do appreciate your contributions to the Wikimedia Commons (you've got more edits than myself), I can't see any undos or reverts in your 500 last edits; only filemoves and categorisation edits are visible. If possible, I'd like you to point out an edit (or a couple) in which you could have used the rollbacker rights. Thanks, odder (talk) 12:07, 27 January 2011 (UTC)
- I have not done much of undos yet, I generally edit the page and correct vandalism. This edit was done by me today, but somehow I got logged off when saving the edit. --Sreejith K (talk) 12:22, 27 January 2011 (UTC)
- The rollbacker guideline states that "rollback is for users who need the tool (...)" and that "the use of rollback should normally be limited to combating vandalism (...)". You are a trusted user at the Commons, having made over 8000 edits, most of which are really helpful and constructive (like the said filemoves and categorisation), and appreciated, but considering your contributions, I am afraid I don't think that you need the rollbacker privileges. Maybe another admin will think otherwise? I'm looking forward to hearing other opinions. odder (talk) 12:33, 27 January 2011 (UTC)

I would suggest that you apply for patroll rights first. Do some patrolling and then you will quickly see if you need rollback or not. cheers, Amada44 talk to me 15:50, 27 January 2011 (UTC)
- Patrolling will be the first step as the user's major contribution is file moving from different wiki's, Autopatrolling is already available to his moved files.Edit count is based upon the havy movement of files from different wiki's using the commons helper.....Captain......Tälk tö me.. 08:26, 13 February 2011 (UTC)
- It is interesting to see that those who applied before and after me got the permissions, but there is something I am falling short of. If it is the number of undo I have done in commons, probably I will come back once I have done a couple of them. --Sreejith K (talk) 08:54, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
- Why don't you start patrolling first..??? ...Captain......Tälk tö me.. 10:24, 23 February 2011 (UTC)

- I would like to request rollback so I can revert own mistakes done on a page, and reverting obvious vandalism, without having to undo every edit (if more than 1 edit is made). I am fully aware of the rollback policy, as I am rollbacker myself on simple: and en:. Thanks, TBloemink (talk) 09:15, 16 April 2011 (UTC)

- I am a rollbacker on the Simple English Wikipedia and Simple English Wiktionary and I patrol #cvn-commons for vandalism and having rollback rights would thus speed up my rate of reverting vandalism. Thank you. Hydriz (talk) 08:01, 3 March 2011 (UTC)

- Although I haven't edited here so much, I would like to get local rollback rights to fight vandals, and it would help me through SWMT Irc channel. Anyway, if you want you can see my contributions on the English Wikipedia. I'm active as a rollbacker on simple.wp, pt.wp, en.wp, es.wp; I've already read your local policy as well. In any case I will respect your decision. Thank you. Frigotoni ...i'm here; 16:35, 16 September 2011 (UTC)

- Non-admin comment: You do realize that you've only reverted vandalism here 3 times since your last request was declined?
