• Declined - 1) Tekken Network has not edited since 2017 and there is no Commons account named Pacquio2019; there would be nothing to compare Josie Rizal to; and 2) now moot, but for the future: per COM:RFCU: "Evidence is required. When you request a check, you must include a rationale that demonstrates (e.g., by including diffs) what the disruption to the project is, and why you believe the accounts are related." There are no diffs and no explanations of the uploading and editing patterns; "Possibly a Catpain Barbell sock" is entirely unhelpful and without presented evidence (that account is stale anyway).
