Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: IP-user claims "So keep or do whatever you like with my work", seemingly suggesting they are SuperSucker while also making death threats. - Alexis Jazz ^{ping plz} 13:30, 6 February 2019 (UTC)

I guess CU can't do anything with this because it's an IP. As they haven't stopped either, it's now in the hands of WMF. - Alexis Jazz ^{ping plz} 14:34, 9 February 2019 (UTC)
