Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: The accounts upload similar files. All of them are images of Japanese businesspeople, celebrities, racecars, aircrafts, and/or company logos. All accounts indiscriminately license their images under CC-BY-SA as their own work. Many of these images have been proven to be not their own works and were found elsewhere on the Internet.

Masahiro007 and Ka04iso10 both have worked on drafts for the English Wikipedia article on Swift-Xi. See [1] and [2].

Masahiro007 and ShyujiTanaka both have uploaded an image named "Hiroyuki Matsushita.jpg". Masahiro007 uploaded first, which got deleted, and was then uploaded again by ShyujiTanaka. See [3] and File:Hiroyuki Matsushita.jpg. FunnyMath (talk) 16:52, 25 July 2020 (UTC)

Masahiro007 and ShyujiTanaka both uploaded photos which were then used in the Hiro Matsushita English Wikipedia article.

An administrator suspected that Hyogo Press may be a sockpuppet of Masahiro007 due to similar uploading behaviours. See [4]. In one example, Hyogo Press uploaded File:Konosuke Matsushita founder of Panasonic.jpg around the same time as Masahiro007 uploaded File:Masaharu Matsushita.jpg.   • Thank you. Can you please also check Paulamus? They seem to have uploaded only one file, namely File:Paula Ingabire.jpg, which is also licensed under CC-BY-SA as their own work. I proved that the file is not their own work and can be found elsewhere on the Internet. Masahiro007 also uploaded an image of Paula Ingabire. See File:Hon. Paula Ingabire in KIC.jpg.
