Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: New evident block evasion of this LTA. After the hard range blocks that I applied in Wikipedia in Spanish (where he has not been able to create his local account), he has created this new account in Commons to continue vandalizing his usual topics and altering the copyright licenses of the logos. Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: After the last puppet was blocked, I requested the protection of the images where Luis Camilo's puppets had been editing without control. Now the user Ruteish has appeared to upload on his own all the images that generated the editing war. About the user Ruthis.18, because he insisted on placing a maintenance poster that the user Heathis.34 had put on an image uploaded by me and also ordering other images related to es:Panamericana Television to be deleted. Lastly, there is IP 181.78.20.244 that generated a war of editions in Wikipedia in Spanish by posting the images uploaded by users Ruthis.18 and Ruteish. That is why I ask for verification and also, by the way, requested that the images uploaded by Ruthis.18 and Ruteish be removed.
