It is less obvious to connect these three just by technical means, I suggest you act based on their behaviour (for now). Also, in the main case, the following accounts have been blocked as a separate cluster:

I would say those are one in the same as the first group. While the IP is different, that is because it is an open proxy making it geolocate somewhere odd. The edits, and useragents are all the same otherwise. I would say it is highly Likely they are related to the first batch you blocked. Tiptoety talk 06:53, 26 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
