Rationale

I recently exposed FarazKelhini's license laundering in Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by FarazKelhini, which included File:Four World Trade Center.jpg, uploaded four days ago. Today, File:4WTC from 7WTC.jpg, a different crop of the same image was uploaded using the newly created account SkyScrapper00. Both accounts are editing en:List of tallest buildings in New York City with somewhat similar edit summaries, using hyphens to separate different parts of the edit summary (like this and this). —LX (talk, contribs) 13:35, 20 June 2014 (UTC)
