- Yes, I'm sure it is a useful picture when used in context with body/caption text that explains what it is of. Sometimes the most useful picture isn't that great a picture. But without the text this is just a random bit of cliff with a few wild flowers. I think a featured pic needs to stand on its own as a great picture. Colin (talk) 13:31, 6 July 2013 (UTC)
