This is a sculpture, located in Texas, USA. It is said to have "recently been displayed" in the heritage plaza, Clifton in this text, dated 2006. So I believe that it is copyrighted, even if there is no copyright notice. Works displayed after 1978 do not need a copyright notice to be copyrighted. Teofilo (talk) 23:44, 1 November 2008 (UTC)
