Both the images are not present in the common source. Keyword search does not show anything mentioned in the descriptions, and dates are definitely not present, so public domain claim fails. The other source mentioned in the second image doesn't even exist: [1][2][3][4][5]. First he tried to attack my works by merely deleting without any reason, one can see here his attacks. This clearly shows his intention here. He is into logged out IP gaming and into disruptive editing.

Coming into his baseless claims :

1) This File:A Thiyyar Moopan Painting.jpg photo is well-sourced and is published in the book , North Africa to North Malabar: An Ancestral Journey, isbn 9789383416639. The google book (common source) breaks(Incomplete pages) at chapters 4 of this book whereas the book more than 20 chapters. Also one can see it is just a preview of the book and not a complete one, "Some pages are omitted from the page preview" warning caption is there itself in this google book preview. Also the concern of date is just a typo error and I have rectified it. This photo is for academic and historical importance as this is the headman of thiyyar/ezhava caste in villages.Also the person adiparambil parakkuty was one of the 11 directors of sndp yogam formed by Sree Narayana Guru and Kumaranashan as the president . 2) This File:Young Thiyyar gentleman in British service holding title of Amsham Adhikari,Rao Bahadur and Menon in south malabar.jpg photo is well sourced and is published in the book , North Africa to North Malabar: An Ancestral Journey, isbn 9789383416639. This is also historically and academically important because ezhava being an untouchable low-class toddy tapers ,brithsers recruited them for higher post such as such as Rao bahadur and Amsham adikari ruling posts, which can be said as one of the current progress of the society.The person in the photograph of the son of Adiparambil Chathunni itself. Clearly mentioned in both sources.

So why these IP vandal is attacking me and making false claims ?

1) This logged out editng IP vandal is removing these pics from Thiyya malayalm Wikipedia and ezhava Malayalam Wikipedia, admins banned him for disruptive editing 2)so he moved to Wikimedia commons here to delete the pic itself 3) He first tried speedy deletion without any reasons , which many editors warned him (an example : https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Young_Thiyyar_gentleman_in_British_service_holding_title_of_Amsham_Adhikari,Rao_Bahadur_and_Menon_in_south_malabar.jpg&action=history) 4) Then he moved to regular deletion with false baseless claims 5) Finally if these files are deleted somehow , it wont appear in thiyya Malayalam wikipia and ezhava english wikipeda. Also he can accuse me falsy for violating policies and get me a block . He will even accuse me of being sockpuppetry and in future no one can uploads these original sourced images in commons ever

One must be shameless to the root to spit these kind of lies. Note that this Othayoth shankaran is blocked in en.wiki citing Clearly not here to build an encyclopedia: Egregious personal attacks and harassment. So, not much of any explanation needed for the accusations he dumped above I suppose. This is a user who has been CONFIRMED in en.wiki for sockpuppetry. His original account is User:Adhithya Kiran Chekavar, numerous of his socks are blocked, for editing wikiprojects only to promote his own caste, Thiyya, and makes bogus accusations against anyone who expose his activities (including veteran editors and even admins). So I am a threat to him. This buffoon thinks he can escape from copyright infringement by defaming the nominator. Logged out editing? prove that; admins banned him for disruptive editing, oh really, when did that happened? last time I checked you were the one who got blocked. This deceptive editor, like his other copyright violations, is taking advantage of a no full preview available book (BTW, on which page?). Hi Achim, the both photographs are too old (more than 100 years) that it's copyright if any have already expired. So there is no question of consent from the author of the book North Africa to North Malabar. He doesn't even own the right of the photographs. The copyright has already expired because it is too old and have uploaded citing the same. The original author of these photographs have also deceased because it is more than 100 year old.  Keep The user Canaanism and the ip 157.44.199.94 are the same user, Outlander07 itself, who are constantly attacking lower caste thiyya ezhava photos with baseless speedy deletion. This thiyya and other photos [6] is semiprotected due heavy vandalism from these 2409.xxx ip series which is also another ip of user Outlander07,who is a nair vandal.

Photo is clearly there in both sources and in the above mentioned book Ezhavas/Thiyyas & Their Buddhist Traditions of Ayurveda and Martial Arts - Sugar Veeral Panicken, ISBN 978-93-5361-280-1 the author had used these photographs in thr section where he explained greatly about thiyya/ezhava family Adiparambil family and their ayurvedha & social positions .

This nair vandal need to delete all lower castes photos from wikimedia ans wikipedia and to make lower caste history as filthy and poor, thar is the intention.
