Most likely copyright violations. I have "speedied" two of his uploads. One, File:LRT 1 Christmas Train 1039.jpg, is the subject of a complaint by its true photographer and copyright holder who compla8ned complained to me through my Messenger that it was being hosted here without his permission and notice. The other file, File:1231 Under The Sea.jpg, appeared to have been published first on GMA News website on February 6, 2018, so I highly suspect his other uploads are copyvios too. Adding to my suspicion is their small resolutions, metadata generated from editing or photoshopping or external websites, and/or images with full metadata but attributed to other people.

Addition: the photographer and owner who complained to me about File:LRT 1 Christmas Train 1039.jpg stated that this uploader's (Mattyuzon44) behavior of "stealing" photos should not be accepted and tolerated. File:YAMAHA We Are MiO Unstoppable Ads.jpg - found a photo of this on http://www.yamaha-motor.com.ph/news/2018/the-yamaha-monumento-station.html . Although published on February 27, 2018, 13 days after the "date" provided by the uploader, it is implausible that Yamaha Motor would use Wikimedia Commons pics.

File:LRT 1 LRV 1062 Baybayin Train.jpg - uploader "stole" the picture from https://mobile.twitter.com/officialLRT1/status/1174606240246140928 (from Light Rail Manila Corporation)'s verified Twitter account. Please also compare some of his other uploads to photos of LRMC's Twitter account, he might have grabbed some other photos there.

• Three files, File:LRT 1 Valentines Loves Cascada Train 1016 Cascada - A Never Ending Dream Themed Train.png, File:LRT 1 Valentines Loves Cascada Train 1039 Cascada - What Hurts The Most Themed Train.png, and File:LRT 1 Valentines Loves Cascada Train 1014 Cascada - Pyromania Themed Train.png, might be his "originals," but appears to be a montage of copyrighted elements (and look at the their metadata, having "Microsoft Office" as the software used). Hence they became derivatives of the said copyrighted elements, violates both Commons:Licensing and the Commons' tradition of avoiding copyrighted elements in a montage or other compilation.
• File:LRT 1 Valentines Train 1014 Cascada - Pyromania Themed Train.png is an obvious copyvio as it has a watermark bearing the original source: https://jamesdeakin.ph/. Also to add are File:LRT 1 LRV 1063 Baybayin.jpg, which also has a watermark indicating where it was originally published, and File:LRT 1 OMNI Ads 1049-1050-1051.jpg, which bears the watermark of its original owner and website (Philippine Railways) and their social media platforms.

•  Delete Wow, this is lots of work that went into this DR. The evidence is pretty compelling that these are all copyright violations and must be deleted.
