Potentially out of scope personal images by a user. These are only his images. One is being used on his Meta-Wiki page, but he has no major contributions there. Its description is also promoting himself - leans to self-promotion.

 Delete I think the correct test is global contributions, though I would say that test fails as well. The categorisation is nonsensical, at least one of the images is inherently promotional, and I am not convinced that these are own works as claimed.
