Official portrait photos from the site of the Government of Moldova; site however didn't release them as CC0 as claimed – in fact, a site-wide "© All rights reserved" is visible in the footer.

License at source is "Public Domain Mark" and not CC BY SA 4.0; also ALL PHOTOS FROM MOLDOVAN PARLIAMENT'S FLICKR SHOULD BE DELETED as per Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Media without a license as of 25 March 2021 and Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Photos from Parlamentul Republicii Moldova Flickr stream. CC TheAafi as the license reviewer of one affected file.

  •  Delete per nom. I'm not sure how I made this error. I've reversed it. I support deletion in accordance with the nomination's rationale. In fact while reviewing I did search the parliament's name a number of times to make sure I was doing a right thing but unfortunately. I perhaps only verified the message the Flickr-review template was saying and forgot to change the license-template. Now there is so much, the source is clearly having some inaccuracies and it is difficult to believe them. As the nominator mentions elsewhere These three files, however, were made 20+ years ago, and it is unclear whether they too are Parliament's work or not.. ─ The Aafī (talk) 00:34, 18 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Nonsense PD rationale - the medal may be PD, but the photograph of the medal is a separate work and there is no free license at the source site. (Medals are 3D works, so Bridgeman does not apply.)
