Unlikely authorship claims based on the fact that the likely copyright holder of a photo taken in a medical institution is the institution (not the subject) as well as the uploader's history, including several dozen deleted uploads, abuse of multiple accounts (Terryyes15, Suprapubic catheter, Tom Catheter, Catheter2). Precedents are clearly established by Commons:Undeletion requests/Archive/2014-07#File:ArcSoft Image100.jpg, Commons:Deletion requests/File:Suprapubic Catheter Image 105.jpg, Commons:Deletion requests/File:ArcSoft Image106.jpg, Commons:Deletion requests/File:Suprapubic Catheter Image 01.jpg, Commons:Deletion requests/File:Suprapubic Catheter Image 03.jpg and Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Catheter2. These files do not differ in any significant way from the previously deleted ones. For the avoidance of doubt, whether or not the ArcSoft notice is present in the metadata is irrelevant. A webcam software vendor does not hold copyright to files created with full versions or trial versions of the software, and that's not why those other files were deleted.

Hum. I guess they could have taken it with a timer if it was by themself. Or they may be taken by someone else who then uploaded the images. Google image search comes up with no other uses.
The institution does not "own" photos taken within it. They are owned by the individual photographer. Additionally this is a long standing catheter rather than a newly inserted one. There is a really good chance this photo was taken at home. I have been meaning to take a photo of a suprapubic catheter and will the next time I do. •  Delete image is missing all metdata meaning upload should be required to submit it threw the Commons:OTRS system to have it uploaded. Additionally, I think this falls under Commons:Nudity (i.e. New files of low resolution or poor quality, which provide little descriptive information, of a subject we already have files of, may be nominated for deletion).--ARTEST4ECHO talk 19:38, 18 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
