[edit]The monument was completed in 1989 by Khaled al-Rahal (1926–1986) and Mohammed Ghani Hikmat (1929–2011). There is no freedom of panorama in Iraq. The copyright term of the country is 50 years, and the image can be undeleted in 2062.

Deleted: per nomination. However I kept Cross Swords - Baghdad - panoramio.jpg and Victory Arch 2004 - 1.JPG because there's nothing copyrightable in it, and File:Flickr - The U.S. Army - 82nd Airborne re-enlistment ceremony.jpg per de minimis as it focuses on the military parade.
