[edit]Delete: I've been able to date the authors and none are dead long enough, or are still alive, for us to keep them so PCP probably applies. The list of French stamp designers and engravers are found at Commons:Copyright rules by territory/France#Stamps, a list I have expended over several years.

[edit]Delete: The two maximum card images are old enough but the stamp were designed by people who are not dead long enough for the copyright to have run out. The Concorde card source page gives no verification it is copyright free and the stamps are still copyright. Their death dates have been updated and are on the list of French stamp designers and engravers found at Commons:Copyright rules by territory/France#Stamps, a list I have expended over several years. I doubt they can be kept as de minimis as the stamps are one of the main features of the whole image.

[edit]- Delete All French stamps are copyright to the engraver and designer whose name are usually on the stamps but these are all modern stamps to which I have added the date of issue and artists details where known. The uploader of 4 of them put them on their Flickr pages under a public domain licence and attributed themselves as the author. I have yet to find the designer of the atomic energy stamp but 1965+70 comes to at least 2035. PCP applies to all.

Deleted: per nomination. I'll annotate the DR and add restoration categories based on your research about the designers. --Rosenzweig τ 17:50, 4 June 2022 (UTC)
