Are modern Estonian stamps under copyright -- or are they exempt? A reading of {{PD-EE-exempt}} does not show a clear exemption for stamps. I note that currency is subject to copyright, although the issuing bank allows its reproduction under some circumstances.

  •  Speedy keep These are stamps of USSR, which are in public domain. The elements of the overprint that are Estonian are trivial and not copyrightable. ℺ Gone Postal ( ) 06:38, 1 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: While Estonia copyright law would typically apply to a number of works created in the former Soviet Union, in the case of stamps, Russian law has juristiction over these works and are in PD under Russian law. --Ìch heiss Nat. Redd mìt mìr.🥨 16:42, 24 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
