This is an official logo of the organization, which is a government-licensed for the skydiving sport in Ukraine, something like FAI etc. So by the licensing is also allowed to be on wiki. Narkulome (talk) 13:00, 30 August 2017 (UTC)

Is the organisation directly run by the government or is it "private"?
