The text on the plaque has a literary copyright. This image is a derivative work and therefore infringes the copyright. There is no evidence here of permission. The date on the plaque is 1991, so no copyright notice was required. Unless we get OTRS permission from the author, we cannot keep the image. The image could be replaced with a version that crops out the plaque. Floatjon (talk) 13:07, 8 September 2014 (UTC)
