According to the Wikipedia policy on signatures, "If a person's signature has been made public and is reproduced widely in secondary sources, it is be eligible for inclusion. The signature should be significant to the subject of the article." This is taken from a primary source and is not discussed in secondary sources. It is not notable as a signature and its inclusion brings a privacy risk that is not offset by any tangible educational purpose; the use in the article is primarily decorative and has no relevance to any encycloapedic goal. •  Keep This is the commons; English Wikipedia guidelines are entirely irrelevant. That English Wikipedia considers this decorative is its prerogative (and I would agree), but Domenici has articles in at least 9 other languages. Those projects may view signatures differently, which is precisely why Commons - not English Wikipedia - guidelines/policies govern deletion here. There's no copyright issue and signatures are generally considered to be within COM:SCOPE. Эlcobbola talk 16:00, 30 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
