Kept: This picture comes from a book published in the USA before 1925, hence it is in the public domain. Also, in the book King Leopold's Rule in Africa, the credit of the photo is only given to John Hobbis Harris (1874-1940) (died more than 70 years ago). —— Dodeeric (talk) 07:50, 11 September 2020 (UTC)
The photographer, Alice Seeley Harris, died in 1970. This picture will fall in the public domain only in 2040 (1970+70). —— Dodeeric (talk) 19:21, 29 July 2020 (UTC)
