The tower was designed by Mohammad Reza Hafezi (1931–2019) and was completed in 2007. Unfortunately, there is no freedom of panorama in Iran, and the copyright terms of Iran lasted for 50 years after the creator's death. A1Cafel (talk) 06:53, 1 January 2021 (UTC)

  •  Comment Photographing a building is regarded as a derivative work. If you wish to publish it on Commons, permission from the copyright holder is needed. Some countries grant an "exception" that the permission is not necessary before uploading it to Commons. The exception is called freedom of panorama. Sadly, Iran doesn't have any forms of FoP (buildings, artworks, texts), thus permission is required. --A1Cafel (talk) 02:57, 3 January 2021 (UTC)
