This image was extracted from a photo by "Author Myr Muratet" whose photos were uploaded by another account, see the discussion Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Pro patria semper, as this image was created by Myr Muratet, neither Pro patria semper nor this uploader has rights to it. I would point out that formerly "Didier Plowy" was considered to be the real name of the École nationale des chartes; I do not see anything from Myr Muratet granting permission.  Delete Aside from the issues raised above, there is the more fundamental fact that the source of this image is given as:

"Extracted from File:Cérémonie de remise des diplômes d'archiviste paléographe (2016).jpg"

Unfortunately, that is not true -- this man does not appear in the cited image, so we have no source for this image.

We also have no confirmation of the identity of User:École des chartes, so much of the discussion above is making an unwarranted assumption that File:Cérémonie de remise des diplômes d'archiviste paléographe (2016).jpg is OK. .     Jim . . . .
