Delete unfortunately. The same image is on the Village de Billancourt website dated to 1958 with a credit to IGN (Institut national de l’information géographique et forestière). Despite IGN being a governmental agency, per COM:FRANCE, the imagery is likely still under copyright. —Tcr25 (talk) 14:00, 13 September 2023 (UTC)
