Derivative of non-free sculptural work. TadejM (t/p) 15:55, 28 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Keep Depictions of national coats of arms without authorial creativity are not copyrighted. In addition, this coat of arms by annonimous author from an unknown forge was errected in 1945, so it has been in public domain since 2015. --Hladnikm (talk) 06:59, 29 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Unfortunately, this is not a simple depiction of the national coat of arms but a sculptural work with sufficient authorial creativity. Please see Commons:Derivative works. Orphaned works are still copyrighted as there is no proof that the author died in 1951 or earlier (as explained at Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Slovenia). We only accept orphaned works that are at least 120 years old as free. --TadejM (t/p) 11:57, 29 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
