This file was initially tagged by Alchemica as Speedy (speedy delete) and the most recent rationale was: I'm both the author and the guy on the pic: I never used this image on any Commons project and I guess it will never be used by anyone, since there are a couple of better pics by better photographs available. Fire at will. Thanks in advance, Alchemica (talk) 13:31, 10 June 2021 (UTC). Commons has enough room for the photo, quiality is not very bad. Depicted person is notable, fr:Julien Roturier exists.
