Keep, this request was made by INeverCry who will obviously continue making these deletionist requests until Wikimedia Commons as a community decides that these deletion requests are unacceptable. If a user in the same circumstances as INeverCry would upload a file 📁 the file would instantly get nuked, but for some reason deletion requests are acceptable while Russavia’s content additions get deleted on sight. No double standards, and if a legitimate user would want this file 📁 to get deleted they could request deletion themselves but after everything INeverCry has done this shouldn't be acceptable.
