This BH photo seems to be cropped from this bollyy non-free photo. DW of copyrighted work are copyvios. C1K98V (💬 ✒️ 📂) 10:19, 14 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I misunderstood your rationale. However, the BH photo and the bolly photo are the same (other than contrast and watermark). Presumably the photo has been cropped by our uploader. Are you challenging the {{Bollywoodhungama}} tag? Verbcatcher (talk) 12:19, 16 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I agree that the file was cropped by one volunteer here on commons. That's not an issue ever at all, we need to justify the subject so, cropping the file in accordance is fine. I'm not at all challenging {{Bollywoodhungama}} tag. I'm just following the BH to assist. If you have gone through the template it states clearly Bollywood Hungama grants everyone permission to use some of their images under the CC-BY-3.0 license. This applies only to images at sets, parties, and press meetings, and not screen-caps or photos copyrighted by other sites. Don't just upload any images from there and put this license on it — please check if the said rules apply before you upload. Thanks. C1K98V (💬 ✒️ 📂) 15:02, 16 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The uncropped photo on BH is of a party. Why are you nominating this for deletion? Verbcatcher (talk) 15:24, 16 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Kept, I do not understand, what's problem with the file, especially after you said "I'm not at all challenging Bollywoodhungama tag." Taivo (talk) 08:54, 25 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
