It would surely be easier if this discussion was held in English, or at least with reference to established deletion criteria which are then translatable? I'm not able to conduct a discussion in French on criteria written in English. I took the photo at a public commercial wine tasting event, organised by the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux, when he was entertaining a large group.
