A copyright notice anywhere inside the issue would suffice. Unsure if that existed. This cover is a reprint from the 2000s, as well.  Delete unless there is some documentation on lack of notice anywhere inside the issue. Carl Lindberg (talk) 17:52, 27 July 2019 (UTC)

•  Delete per Carl Lindberg, in the absence of evidence that no notice existed in the publication. Since it would be very unusual for a commercial magazine not to carry a notice we should assume that it did, unless otherwise demonstrated, per PCP at least. -- Begoon 01:32, 28 July 2019 (UTC)
