This file was undeleted, but the undeletion looks wrong to me. Light is indeed copyrightable in France, see [1] and the warning at Category:Eiffel Tower at night. Stefan4 (talk) 15:22, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I was told that the "ordinary" lights are no problem and only the artwork is protected, with colored lights, sparkling lights etc. --Waithamai (talk) 15:34, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
