I added {{Attribution-Eurostat}} based on this request. However, it seems that when the author of that blogpost writes "figures reported by Eurostat", he means the raw data as available from the fats_g1a_08 table and not the graphical representation of that data. Looks to me like the makers of the blog downloaded the data and made a quick excel graph themselves, which would make them the copyright owners of the derivative work. Thanks El Grafo, I'm pretty sure this is a Eurostat graphic and not a graphic created by the blog. I know Eurostat's publications and the format is theirs (blue bars, title format etc.). I am also familiar with the blog in question, and he rarely produces graphics (he has done the odd excel table), as he prefers to leverage established content. I would like to use it as I don't have the source data to reproduce the graphic, however, I don't want to use this if the image is unstable and could be deleted in the future. thanks.
