Copyrighted toy:[1] FunkMonk (talk) 18:55, 8 February 2022 (UTC)
- I don't think it's the same toy (movable arms). Are Dinosaurs "copyrightable"? Is there a policy on commons? Does this count as a Commons:derivative work? Although it probably counts as COM:TOY. How about Commons:Threshold_of_originality? The image was used on german wikibooks as an illustration, compare b:de:special:diff/966733/989235. I'm here to see, If it's possible I'd like to keep it there. --HirnSpuk (talk) 15:04, 13 February 2022 (UTC)
Deleted: It's Schleich model 15006, Therizinosaurus juvenile [2], which does have movable arms. Copyrightable per COM:TOYS and presumably copyrighted. The copyright will expire at some point, I don't know when, but since the toy has been made since 2018 [3], the file can be restored in 2139 with {{PD-old-assumed}}. --Rosenzweig τ 15:10, 16 July 2022 (UTC)
