This file was made in 1949 and first became a registered trademark of DeMolay International in 1952, which the order has since renewed as recently as 2002; the file itself bears the synbol of a registered trademark. - Commons:Trademarks are not relevant on Commons; the question is whether the copyright has been renewed after publication and whether this falls under {{PD-US-not renewed}}. 𝟙𝟤𝟯𝟺𝐪𝑤𝒆𝓇𝟷𝟮𝟥𝟜𝓺𝔴𝕖𝖗𝟰 (𝗍𝗮𝘭𝙠) 23:27, 14 February 2022 (UTC)
- Keep Trademarks are not copyrights. --RAN (talk) 02:24, 17 February 2022 (UTC)
- Keep The organization mentions on their site that they do not want their logos re-used commercially [1], but I don't see evidence of a copyright notice in 1949 or 1952 needed per COM:HIRTLE. {{PD-US-no notice}}{{Trademarked}} should apply. -M.nelson (talk) 09:02, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
