  • I'm a  Weak keep. Unless there's something I'm missing from COM:Poland, this is a "official document[], material[], sign[] [or] symbol[]" (COM:Poland) not protected by copyright. It appears the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland agrees, given their tagging of the image as in the public domain. Mdaniels5757 (talk) 17:55, 12 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Zupełnie wam się głowach przewraca. Kto wgrał zdjęcie? No kto? Ja, i co, wgrałem i od razu odznaczyłem do skasowania??? Walicie po guziczkach, jakbyście problemy z ego mieli. Tu to już chyba tylko nienormalni edytują, a ja niestety do nich należę. Spadam. VanWiel (talk) 17:56, 12 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Delete This seems to be getting unnecessarily heated. See if I can sum up what has happened. VanWiel uploaded file and then had an immediate change of mind and filed a speedy delete. Unfortunately the Speedy Delete reason given was "No License" whilst true there would have been no argument if VanWiel had just put a G7. However, no problem. Subsequently user Mdaniels5757 deemed that it did not warrant a Speedy Delete and it was worth discussing under a standard Deletion Request as the picture might be in the the public domain. I think this was a fair response by Mdaniels5757 and I cannot approve of the tone of the language used by VanWiel in response. I just hope it has lost something in the Google translation. Personally, I cannot see anything in COM:Poland that would automatically put this in the public domain as we cannot be sure that this is a "official material" other than declaration on Flickr which I would suggest is not reliable. So given this doubt, the clear intention that uploader wanted it speedy deleted, and that it is unused (except for some third party User sites), I would delete.--Headlock0225 (talk) 12:39, 11 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
