1) Madonnas old tours where target of massive copyright violations in the past. 2) The picasa account this image was taken from was created just yesterday. It is not described, not linked, not tagged - in google that picasa account is invissible. 3) there is a quality bias in the picasa account, also at the time this photo was taken it was not usual to have a camera at a concert, the image was taken by a professional photographer and not from the audience. 4) It appears to me, that we have a bad picasa user here who is not the copyright holder of the concert photos he uploaded, given the invisibility of the picasa account and the quick upload here I strongly suspect "Picasa washing". - The case is clear. I found evidences, that this is this Cachubis again. A following checkuser shows, that he is also involved in stealing via flickr with User:Caprisia. Some words in direction to the user to express my disapointment and lack of understanding for such an idiotic behaviour: You are a shame for Commons and the educational nature of this project. How can someone be so stupid to create an picasa account with some private photos just to steal a bunch of Madonna photos for an project that you edit voluntarily! You dont have an economic gain here and you will not get a freacking medal for creating a beautiful Madonna article - the only thing you do here is to damage this project! and to damage yourself! and to throw dirt on Madonna articles and to disapoint other fans of that singer! Regretably I cant say stronger words here (I actually dont know, if my literal translation from german to english isnt already to strong worded). --Martin H. (talk)
