Already "topped-out", showing 95% of its exterior. But Indonesia has no freedom of panorama for free uses of copyrighted works seen in public. This photo requires commercial license authorization from the work author, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 07:12, 15 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Even if there's no Act of freedom of panorama, that does'nt mean there's no freedom to shoot it. because i upload it frommy own camera and only to dod that because of there's no an image of that building. PyotorDee43 (talk) 05:01, 20 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@PyotorDee43: the lack of freedom of panorama means you cannot publish your photo since you don't have commercial license permit from the building architect. Freedom of panorama in several countries like the United Kingdom and Singapore removes the burden need of photographers like you to ask for licensing permits from work designers if you want to freely share or distribute your photos of their works permanently-installed in public spaces of the said countries. You do not have the freedom to freely share your photos of this work in Jakarta, considering Indonesia does not grant commercial freedom of panorama; that right belongs to the work author, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The only relevant provision in the Indonesian copyright law, Article 43(d), is not suitable for WikiCommons: The production and distribution of the copyrighted content through information technology and communication media that are not commercial and/or lucrative for the Author or related parties, or the Author expresses no objection to the manufacture and dissemination in question. WikiCommons only accepts licenses that do not restrict commercial reuses, and the Indonesian law itself already forbids that by stating "information technology and communication media that are not commercial and/or lucrative for the Author or related parties." Creative Commons licenses are already lucrative for the artists or architects. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 05:19, 20 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
JWilz12345 please don't get my photo deletd, several of many Indonesian photo's has been deleted and some of them had many historical or even rare finds on the internet and i dont wanted to be just because there's no Freedom of panorama, it's must be strict, it isnt! I'm not monetized(which is also on the rule of the commons) it, i wanted to archive it.
