Keep The statue/monument is in public display in Jakarta. It is public domain, so it is free for public to see and take the picture of it. The argument on FOP of Indonesia is still unclear and debatable.Gunkarta (talk) 06:51, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
- Just because something is in public does not mean that it is "public domain". I don't see why Indonesian FOP is debatable -- I read through the entire 2002 Indonesian copyright law (English translation) and there is nothing granting an exception for works displayed in public. I have asked for anything in the law to the contrary, and Gunkarta has not provided it. Calliopejen1 (talk) 18:59, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
