It was my belief when uploading the file that the state law supersedes the county's copyright in this instance. "Florida's Constitution and its statutes do not permit public records to be copyrighted unless the legislature specifically states they can be." The exceptions to this part of this constitution do not explicitly include county tax collectors. (Tqycolumbia (talk) 21:13, 4 December 2014 (UTC))
