There is no element to prove the photographer is an American soldier, justifying the PD-Gov. Afghanistan rationale isn't valid: the photo is published by NATO, under Belgian law, the photo being released by the NATO Public Information Office, Brussels. Dereckson (talk) 12:12, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
