Keep Not it is not a bad quality. Please specify in what capacity is this image a bad quality image, ot are trying to delete this image just because you dont like the depicted subject. This was taken by a professional phitographer, and this is an image of a notable event (Hot Import Nights) and a model (Alanna Kolette) that is one of the most notable models in the circuits of import and tuning cars and also this image is a fine subject of the type of modeling and clothing that appears in this kind of events and one of the finest images in commobs of Tops and of human backs and the fact the image is partialy visible is due to estetic reasons.
