Still a derivative of a work of the State of Minnesota, even if the design of the plate is an update of one that was introduced in 1978 2A02:8084:F1BE:9180:8599:FB48:E3FA:36A2 22:22, 7 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. It is, but that does not matter, because it is not protected with copyright. Please look undeletion request. I restored the file on 2th of April. Taivo (talk) 09:55, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The fact remains that this is a derivative of a work of the State of Minnesota and therefore Drake317 should NOT have uploaded it in the first place. I also do not approve of their choice of filename - I'm not sure "from my collection" is actually allowed 2A02:8084:F1BE:9180:3D39:5638:1536:5691 04:43, 7 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Also Drake317's undeletion request should not have been approved. Truth of the matter is that they were being way, way too eager when they uploaded this file originally. 2A02:8084:F1BE:9180:3D39:5638:1536:5691 04:46, 7 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, it is derivative work of State of Minnesota, but this is not reason for deletion, because it is not protected with copyright. Taivo (talk) 10:57, 8 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Why does Drake317 keep submitting undeletion requests for this image and why do the moderators keep approving these requests? It is very clearly a derivative of a work of the State of Minnesota and therefore Drake317 should NOT have uploaded it in the first place. The possibility of the State of Minnesota launching a lawsuit against Commons - or indeed the entire Wikimedia Foundation - over this image (if, of course, they come across it) is not zero, you know... 2A02:8084:F1BE:9180:8D1C:B04:40BB:FD0F 02:34, 7 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

No. My previous request was accepted since it does not infringe on copyright and I think the team responsible for it knows the subject better than you. Instead of always harassing me and threatening me on my talk page, I suggest you to move on and stop your wikistalk. You can make as many requests as you want, I will do as many to request the restoration and this as many times as necessary. If you permit to waste your time, don't hesitate, you will lose at the end. Drake317 (talk) 07:22, 7 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: no valid reason for deletion. --Ankry (talk) 14:08, 7 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
