The image was published in the website of Buenos Aires government, but it is not their work, and thus the CC-BY license doesn't apply to this image. The image appears in an announcement of a show in September 2023 without attribution. However, one can check the metadata and see that the photo dated October 2022 was taken by Martin DarkSoul, a well known photographer of the Argentine heavy metal scene [1]. Moreover, images from the same set and also attributed to Martn DarkSoul appears in an articule of Rollings Stones magazine in December 2022 [2]. That is, they were not even arranged by the City government. We cannot keep this image unless Martín DarkSoul sends an explicit permission to COM:VRT.
