Keep Per this discussion page, the video describes the Japanese idol(ja:朝日奈央)'s normal business. Also per this discussion ("... However, the inclusion of subtitles means that the educational use of the video, ... is sufficient for keeping on Commons."), there is no Commons policy that demands videos on the site should contain sounds such as music and voices (even some of Youtube videos do not have sounds, in this case, due to copyright-related reasons of the background music.) - Please state timestamps where subtitles are actually included. While skimming over the clip on fast forward, I did not see text like subtitles, only static writing. Furthermore, the numan-sourced files DR is not relevant here, as the source is different, according to the description: numan does not equal abemantv. Did you mqaybe use a boilerplate answer without checking the actual arguments?
- I argue that a clip made with sound that got transformed into a silent movie loses most of its understandabilityand hence usefulness; silent movies are to have acting that compensates for the lack of sound. This is not given here. Regards, Grand-Duc (talk) 20:14, 14 November 2024 (UTC)
