English:  : Sacred Heart Church. part of the listed Historic city center complex. Built in 1901 planned by Imre Schlank architect (from Pécs). The former church built in 1776, dedicated to the Holy Cross. In 1901 the old, small church demolished. Current church is a Romanesque style, three-nave basilica, double size as much as before, its outer form is Eclectic, with neo-Roman and Gothic elements. The slim rectangular tower tower is on the south wall. The tower helmet high, flat, rectangular pyramid with an orb and a four direction cross on its top. The tower terrace balkon is decorated with gothic ornament. The coffered ceiling has sevenen paintings these are on cross shape. - Templom square, Paks, Tolna County, Hungary.
