It is a copy of the famous "gnadenbild" (miraculous image) known as "Mariahilf", w:Mary Help of Christians, a painting by Lucas Cranach I (1472–1553) now in Innsbruck Cathedral (Church of St Jakob, "Dom zu St. Jakob"), Tyrol, Austria.
